Grandma Bonnie's visit

Ok, sorry to all of you avid West blog readers. I have been unusually busy lately and am behind on blogging. After vacation Grandmother came to visit and I also started a new job at work. Same company COMPLETELY different job (but that is better left to another entry). So back to Grandmother. We had a nice visit with her last week, she stayed at Kimberly's new house and was able to get lots of quality time in with the kiddos. They love her visiting so much!! She, as always, made her wonderfully delicious chicken and dumplings HORRAY! Lucas, Dylan and I also accompanied her to church and heard a wondeful guest speaker. Lucas was more then thrilled to get a chance to go to church with Grandma, he so looks forward to her Christian guidance. She also had lots of opportunity so watch all the great-grandchildren play together in harmony...(kinda LOL!). Bren took to her so well which is a blessing because you never know how he is going to be with someone he is not familiar with. But as always, her gentle nature won him over and she was able to get to know him a little better.
