We used playtime outside to learn about the letter A. It worked out very nicely that all of his favorite things for mommy to draw have the letter A in them! We had lots of fun!
Now let me tell you, I have gotten pretty good at Magna-doodle art but my sidewalk art is still rough so please excuse my pathetic drawings LOL.
